A few changes are happening at TDLY Dot Org. TDLY the blog will just be a static archive of the last two years and my main rants will be (and have been for a few months/years whatever) at thisdaylastyear.livejournal.com.

CHEAT’S SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS
Enough Spaghetti for 2
1 tin of tomatoes
3 good flavoured sausages (I went with these ‘greek style’ lamb ones from Coles)
garlic
balsamic vinegar
basil
Put a pot of water on to boil for your spaghetti.
Put a pan on with a slug of olive oil, medium high heat.
Get your sausages and squeeze the mince out into 3cm bits into the pan, the heat should be high so they get golden before they cook through.
Turn down heat and add your basil & garlic, cook garlic until it’s opaque.
add tomatoes (crush if whole) and make sure they cover the base of the pan.
add a slug of balsamic vinegar (trust me!) and salt & pepper.
Put your spaghetti on and the sauce will be ready by the time it’s cooked. Serve with parmesan and basil to garnish if you’re posh. ENJOY.

Yep that’s it. Merry Christmas and all that.
Sometime soon, I will be changing the format of TDLY. I’m eerily offline and having an IRL at the moment, it feels like a momentous little life. I’ve moved across town, I have a new house, I have good friends. I don’t have my dog and I miss him to bits. Summer holidays are soon and 2008 is going to be a good year.
